1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day

2. Shipping Time

Delivery times may vary based on location:

• Metro cities: 3–5 days
• Other cities: 5–7 days
• Remote areas: 7–10 days

These timelines depend on courier partners.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges may apply based on order value and location
• Free shipping may be offered during special promotions

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• Tracking number
• Courier partner details
• Tracking link to follow the delivery status

5. Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver:

• They will make up to 2 attempts
• After multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to us

Re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:

• Contact us within 48 hours
• Provide photos/videos for verification
  We will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

7. International Shipping

Currently, Crownsters ships only within India (unless updated later).
