At Crownsters, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures a smooth and transparent process for cancelling your order.

1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

To request a cancellation, contact us with your:

  • Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Reason for cancellation

If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and initiate the refund.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

However, you can request:

  • Return
  • Exchange

Both options are valid as per our refund & return policy.

3. Refund on Cancellation

If your order is eligible for cancellation:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Cancellation must be requested within 6 hours of placing the order
  • Repeated cancellations of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases

5. Cancellation by Crownsters

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Unavailability of stock
  • Invalid address
  • Payment issues
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity

In such cases, you will be notified immediately and refunded in full.
