At Crownsters, we prioritize customer satisfaction and quality. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return guidelines.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Products not eligible:

  • Items worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags/packaging
  • Accessories & discounted/sale items (non-returnable)

2. Return Process

  • Order number
  • Product photos (for damage/defect cases)
  • Reason for return

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.


3. Refunds

Refunds are processed after the product is received and inspected.

Refund method:

  • Original payment method (5–7 working days)
  • Store credit (faster option)

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are offered for:

  • Size issues
  • Damaged or incorrect products

Subject to availability of stock.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
